To notice new screenshots as you take them. With “Selected Photos”, the app can't see anything you capture later. Photos are deleted only when you empty the Trash, and iOS asks you to confirm each time.

Screenshots you toss wait in the app's own Trash first. On the Trash page, “Delete from camera roll” removes them from Photos all at once, with one confirmation. Even then, they stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days, where you can recover them.

It leaves this app, too. The only exceptions are screenshots that have a folder, note, pins or a favorite mark: those stay in this app, because that information exists only here.

Yes. Screen recordings join the board by default (you can turn that off in Settings). For receipts, choose the album in Settings under “Albums to import” and its images show up on the board like screenshots.

Sort up to 30 screenshots a day (keep, delete or move to a folder), make up to 4 folders and add up to 2 pins per screenshot. Saving from the share sheet, Moodboards, labels, color extraction and slideshows are free.

To cancel a monthly or yearly subscription, go to the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To bring back a purchase on a new iPhone, open this app's Settings, go to Plan and tap “Restore Purchases”.

Copies of your screenshots, notes, pins, folders and links live on your iPhone. They're included in your iCloud backup (or a backup to your Mac), so restoring a backup on a new iPhone brings them along. Deleting the app deletes them. You can export your links and notes to a file at any time from Settings.

In this app's Settings, choose Language. The change applies the next time you open the app.

In this app's Settings, turn off Reminder.
